Sound familiar?

You've tried
everything.
And it keeps
coming back.

Massage. Chiro. PT. Stretching. It helps for a bit. Then a week later you're right back where you started. There's a reason for that.

Book a Session

That tight spot in your upper back that never fully releases. The hip that always feels locked up. The neck you have to crack every morning. These aren't muscle problems. They're fascial problems -- and most treatments never address the fascial layer.

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps and connects everything inside your body. When it gets restricted, it stays restricted -- until something actually works on it. Not just around it.

At Cultivate, every session starts by finding where your body is actually holding, not just where it hurts. Because what hurts and where the restriction lives are often two completely different places.

This is the work most practitioners skip. Because it's slow, it requires presence, and it doesn't look like anything you've tried before. But it's the work that actually changes things.

Why nothing has worked

The patterns
your body
is stuck in.

Most people come to Cultivate having already tried a lot of things. Here's why those things didn't stick.

01
Chronic tightness that won't release

No matter how much you stretch, it comes back. That's because fascial adhesions don't respond to stretching. They need sustained, targeted pressure held over time.

02
Pain that has no clear source

Scans look normal. Nothing shows up. But something definitely hurts. Fascia is richly innervated -- restrictions in one area refer pain to completely different places.

03
Recovery that always takes too long

Restricted fascia slows circulation, nerve conduction, and fluid exchange. When it releases, the whole system moves better. That's why we pair sessions with sauna and ice.

04
Stress living in your body

Emotional and physical stress both land in the fascia. The tissue holds what the mind has been through. Bodywork isn't just physical -- it's one of the most effective ways to release stored tension.

05
Feeling stuck no matter what you do

You train, you move, you sleep, but nothing changes. Structural fascial restriction limits what's possible. Until the tissue itself is addressed at the source, the ceiling stays low.

The answer

Meet
your fascia.

"Most chronic pain is fascial, not muscular. The tissue nobody talks about is often the one causing everything."

Full Deep Dive →
What it is Fascia is the continuous 3D web of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in your body. It's the most abundant tissue in your body. And it's been largely ignored by conventional medicine for decades.
Why it gets stuck Injury, stress, dehydration, repetitive movement, and even old emotional trauma cause fascial fibers to cross-link and form adhesions. These don't show up on scans. But they're very real, and they create the patterns you've been living with.
How we release it Fascia responds to slow, sustained pressure -- not aggressive stretching, not fast foam rolling. Applied for 90 seconds or more with breath and presence, targeted work allows the viscoelastic tissue to soften, reorganize, and release. That's what every session at Cultivate is built around.
Why it lasts The body's collagen turnover cycle runs approximately 90 days. Consistent fascial work creates real structural change over time -- not just temporary relief. That's the difference between treating a symptom and changing a pattern.
Questions

Everything
you're wondering.

Not at all. Most people who come to Cultivate have never heard of fascia. They just know something is off -- they're tight, they hurt, or they've tried everything else. We meet you exactly where you are and explain everything as we go.

Massage works on muscle tissue and usually feels good in the moment. Fascial work goes deeper -- into the connective tissue that wraps and connects everything. It's slower, more targeted, and the results last longer because we're addressing the actual source of restriction, not just the symptom.

This is the most common thing we hear. Most conventional treatments work on muscle or structure, but skip the fascial layer entirely. If your pain keeps coming back, there's a good chance fascia is involved. A session at Cultivate starts with finding where your body is actually restricted -- not just where it hurts.

Sessions are private, 1:1, and by appointment. Marco or Katelyn will start with a brief assessment of how your body moves and where it's holding tension. From there, hands-on fascial work -- sustained pressure, breath, and time. Most people feel a significant difference within the first session.

Both are recovery modalities that work powerfully alongside fascial work. Infrared heat penetrates deep into tissue, reduces inflammation, and increases circulation. Cold immersion after a session locks in the release and dramatically reduces post-session soreness. Both are coming soon to Cultivate.

All sessions are by appointment. Head to our Sessions page to request a time, or reach out directly at info@fascia.com. We'll get back to you within one business day.
