How a session
actually works.
Complete your booking. You'll receive a scheduling link via email to pick a time that works for you.
We send a short intake form before your session. Your history, your injuries, your goals. We read it before we meet.
We observe your movement, assess your patterns, and work through your protocol together. You do the releases in real time with us guiding you.
You leave with a written protocol specific to your body. What to release, in what order, for how long. Something you can return to every day.

No. The kit is recommended because it gives you the tools to continue your practice between sessions, but it's not required to book. We'll tell you what you need after your first session.
All sessions are conducted over Zoom. You'll need a quiet space where you can lie on the floor and move around. Sessions are recorded and sent to you afterward.
Start with the Assessment if you're new to fascia work or want a clear picture of your patterns before committing to a series. The 6 Series is the most popular starting point for people ready to build a practice. The 12 Series is for people with complex or chronic patterns who want deep structural change.
Most people who come to us have already tried massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, and acupuncture. Those modalities treat symptoms. We address the underlying fascial system. That's a different conversation entirely. We can't guarantee results, but we can tell you that most people notice something in their very first session.
