The story behind the work

Our Founders Story

We started Fascia.com because we were tired of living in pain without answers.

For years, we dealt with tight shoulders, aching backs, tension that wouldn’t go away, and no one could really explain why. We tried everything: adjustments, massages, needles, workouts. Some things helped for a little while, but the pain always came back.

It felt like our bodies were trying to tell us something, but no one could translate it.

Then we discovered fascia.

Not as a trend, but as the missing link. Fascia is the connective tissue that holds everything together, and when it’s tight or stuck, your whole body feels it. It also connects deeply to your nervous system and how you handle stress. That changed everything for us.

We created Fascia.com to give people the help we were missing: simple tools, clear education, and daily practices that actually make a difference.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about finally understanding your body, and learning how to work with it, not against it.If you’ve ever felt frustrated, foggy, or like no one’s listening… we’ve been there. And we built this for you.

Marco Guizar

Co-Founder / Teacher / Builder

Marco’s education began with pain, not textbooks. After coming home from combat as a Marine Corps infantryman, years of stubborn injuries and cookie-cutter advice pushed him to question everything he’d heard about the body. That search led him to the fascia and nervous system, two systems that suddenly made the puzzle pieces click.

Inspired by giants like Ida Rolf, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still, and stress-biologist Dr. Robert Sapolsky, Marco pieced together a clear, hands-on way to show people how to work on themselves.  His mission is simple: help people stop outsourcing their healing and finally feel at home in their own skin.

Katelyn O'Neil

Co-Founder / Teacher / Designer

Katelyn is the creative force behind Fascia.com. A designer, educator, and wellness leader who's been building in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. Her journey began with personal frustration: chronic pain, conflicting advice, and a healthcare system focused more on symptoms than solutions.

With a background that bridges somatic work and visual storytelling, Katelyn has shaped Fascia.com into more than a brand. It’s a platform for people to reconnect to their body’s wisdom, and stop settling for quick fixes. Her vision is bold but simple: wellness should be accessible, intelligent, and beautifully designed.
