01Education, not medical care

FASCIA provides general educational information about body awareness and Self-Bodywork. The Website is not a medical device, medical practice or emergency service. Its text, videos, demonstrations and other materials are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Using the Website does not create a professional healthcare relationship.

Seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, an injury, a medical condition, pregnancy, medication or whether a movement or self-care practice is suitable for you. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of information from FASCIA. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Physical activity and pressure-based practices carry risks, including soreness, bruising, strain or aggravation of an existing condition. Use your own judgment, begin gently and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness, weakness or worsening symptoms. No particular result is guaranteed.

02Eligibility and accurate information

Beta requests and gated investor access are intended for adults aged 18 or older who can form a binding agreement. Provide accurate information when communicating with us and use an email address you are authorized to access.

Do not submit information on behalf of another person without permission or submit private information about a child. The Website is not intended to collect information from children; see our Privacy Policy.

03Beta requests and optional surveys

Submitting a beta request records your interest; it does not guarantee approval, a place in a particular release, a launch date or access to the separate application. We review requests and decide whom to invite as places become available.

The beta survey is optional. Your request remains saved if you do not complete it. Any later invitation may include additional participation or Ask FASCIA terms that you can review before joining.

Submitting a request does not create a paid subscription or automatically enroll you in a newsletter. Any future purchase or subscription requires its own disclosed terms.

04Investor information and email access

We may require an emailed code to access investor materials. Keep your code and session access secure; do not share access or attempt to bypass verification. Email verification confirms control of an address, not investor accreditation, suitability or qualification.

We retain investor-interest records and may contact you about your inquiry as explained in the Privacy Policy. Requesting or verifying access does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Company information is provided for discussion and evaluation. It is not investment, legal or tax advice and is not a promise of future performance or returns. Any investment transaction, if offered, would require appropriate separate documentation and applicable legal requirements. Obtain independent advice before making an investment decision.

05Messages, feedback and survey responses

You retain ownership of material you submit through the Website. You give FASCIA permission to receive, store, process and use it as reasonably needed to respond, review requests and feedback, operate and secure the Website, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Only submit material you have the right to share. Avoid medical records, unnecessary sensitive information, another person's private information or confidential material you do not want us to receive. Website forms are not a channel for emergency care.

A submission does not by itself create an employment, partnership, advisory, investment or professional-care relationship, or oblige either party to enter one. A separate written agreement may be needed.

06Responsible use

Do not use the Website unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit abusive or fraudulent material, spam our forms or interfere with the Website's security or availability.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass verification or rate limits, extract private information, or use automated means to scrape protected materials or test systems without authorization. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

07FASCIA materials and branding

The FASCIA name and branding, Website design, software, educational text, illustrations and videos belong to Fascia Inc or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the Website and review its materials for their intended educational, inquiry and evaluation purposes. This does not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized republication, resale, redistribution or use of our branding. Obtain permission before publicly reproducing gated investor materials. Applicable fair-use and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

08Links, videos and third-party services

The Website uses or links to third-party video, email, hosting and analytics services. Those providers control their own services and applicable terms. An external link does not mean we control or endorse every statement on the linked service.

See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for website providers and choices. The separate application, Ask FASCIA stores, shops, paid programs or other linked services may have their own terms; these Website Terms do not replace those agreements.

09Availability and access

We may update Website content and features or restrict access to protect the Website, prevent abuse, comply with law or address a violation of these Terms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that Website information is always complete or current.

Changes to this marketing Website do not by themselves change benefits already included in a separate active Ask FASCIA purchase. The applicable Ask FASCIA or purchase terms govern those benefits.

10Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability or accuracy. We do not guarantee a health, commercial, investment or other outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fascia Inc and its officers, employees, contractors and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to this Website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us specifically for the Website in the preceding 12 months or US $100. Separate application or purchase terms govern claims arising from those services.

These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to you, disputes concerning these Website Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States.

Please contact us first at info@fascia.com so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not limit a right or remedy you have under applicable law.

13Changes and separate agreements

We may revise these Terms as the Website or legal requirements change. We will identify the effective version and give notice of material changes as required by law. These Website Terms, and any separately agreed terms expressly applicable to an interaction, govern use of this Website.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not amend a separate signed agreement or the separate Ask FASCIA service Terms.
