Why does my upper back feel tight after sitting?
Ask Fascia
That tightness may be where you notice the pattern, but sitting can involve a wider relationship between your ribs, breathing, shoulders, and neck. Begin gently: give your upper ribs room to move and notice what changes.

Questions,
answered.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Start with what is already at home: a tennis ball, a foam roller, a towel, or the floor. Practices name the tool they use, so you can pick what you own.
Is this medical advice?
No. Fascia is education, not a medical diagnosis, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. If something worries you, talk to one.
How do I get into the beta?
Request a free four-week trial. Beta access is by approval, and a request is not an automatic approval. We review requests as spots open.
Can I try a seminar instead?
Yes. Explore proposed Bay Area in-person ($225) and virtual ($199, including shipping) Fascia 101 seminars in November and December 2026. Both formats include the complete tool kit. See the seminar page for dates and registration cutoffs; registration is not open yet.
Are live member classes available?
Not yet. Live member classes are coming soon and are separate from the Fascia 101 seminars.
