FASCIA

Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains how Fascia Inc, a corporation registered in Delaware, United States, uses cookies and similar technologies on the fascia.com marketing website. It supplements our Privacy Policy. It does not cover the separate Fascia application or websites you visit through external links.

Your choices

Optional analytics and external video services are blocked by default. The notice offers equally accessible “Accept optional” and “Reject optional” choices. “Choose settings” lets you allow analytics and videos separately. Browsing, forms, and investor email verification do not require optional consent.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choices. Applying changed permissions reloads the current page so its network restrictions take effect; save or submit any unfinished work first. A preference applies to this browser on this host, not automatically to other devices or browsers. After 180 days, or if you clear the preference cookie, we ask again. If storage is blocked, optional services remain blocked unless an existing valid preference permits them.

Essential cookies and browser storage

Name / technologyPurposeDuration
fascia_consent — first-party cookieRemembers the policy version, analytics/video choices, and the time you saved them. Contains no name, email, or visitor identifier.180 days; replaced when choices change.
fascia_investor — first-party, HttpOnly session cookie, scoped to investor API routesMaintains access after you verify an investor email code. It contains a signed access token, not a plain-text email address.Up to seven days.
fx-email — browser session storageKeeps a submitted beta email available during the associated follow-up steps. It is not an analytics identifier.Current browser-tab session, subject to browser session-restoration behavior.

These functions support requested features, security, and your privacy choices. Restricting essential storage in your browser can prevent access or form follow-up from working correctly. Our hosting and email providers also process information necessary to deliver and secure requests; rejecting optional analytics does not prevent essential hosting, request logs, fraud prevention, or handling a form you submit.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Replit’s injected analytics tracker and our fixed-label custom events help us understand visits and actions such as beta-button clicks, successful submissions, and intentional video engagement. Custom events exclude names, email addresses, form answers, health information, and survey responses. The tracker is not allowed on the beta survey, beta welcome, archived content, or URLs containing query strings.

Microsoft Clarity is also optional. It is limited to Home, How it works, and Seminars on the production marketing hosts. Form and confirmation regions are masked before loading. It is excluded from beta applications, surveys, contact and investor pages, archived pages, and preview hosts. Even after analytics permission, Clarity is configured with denied advertising and analytics cookie-storage signals, with the project’s default cookies turned off; cookieless collection still sends interaction and technical data to Microsoft.

Our audit confirmed that Replit’s current tracker checks for an existing browser opt-out key, umami.disabled, but does not create an identifying cookie in the inspected script. We do not override an existing opt-out. Clarity and analytics behavior can change as providers update their services; their settings and the actual browser behavior must be rechecked after material changes. We do not use an advertising-cookie category on this website.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, our controls keep optional analytics off. This does not claim to erase earlier information or change settings on providers’ own websites.

Optional external videos

External videos are a separate choice. Allowing them enables direct Mux video streaming, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player, and video files on preserved pages hosted by Shopify’s CDN. These requests disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser information to the relevant provider. YouTube may use browser storage and process viewing information once its player loads or plays; privacy-enhanced mode is not a guarantee of zero storage or data collection. We do not control third-party storage lifetimes.

Without video permission, we keep locally cached thumbnails visible and do not start external video players or streams. You can revisit settings to allow videos, or follow ordinary external links to the provider’s website, where that website’s policies apply. Existing thumbnails and web fonts are served from our own site rather than directly from image and font providers.

Changing or withdrawing permission

Rejecting or switching off a category prevents that category from loading after the page reloads. It does not delete information already received by a provider or necessarily remove cookies/storage previously set by that provider on another domain. Your browser’s privacy controls can clear stored data; providers offer their own privacy controls. We cannot delete a third-party domain’s cookies through this website.
